What we collect
When you book or enquire we collect your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, guest count and any special requests you send us. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and service your reservation, to contact you about your stay, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing email only if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only with the hotel you are staying at, our booking and email service providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell guest data.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting rules. Enquiry messages are deleted after two years. You may ask us to erase anything not legally required sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and remember your search. We do not use advertising trackers.
