Making a booking
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking reference beginning AZP. You must be 18 or over to book, and the lead guest named on the booking must present photo ID at check-in.
Rates and taxes
Rates are per room per night in Kenyan shillings and include breakfast. Government tax of 16% is added and shown separately in the price breakdown before you confirm.
Cancellation
Standard rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Advance-purchase and promotional rates may be non-refundable; the applicable policy is shown on the room before booking.
Changes to your stay
To change dates, cancel your existing reservation and rebook, or call reservations and we will move it for you subject to availability. Rate differences may apply.
Check-in and house rules
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Pets are not accommodated except recognised assistance animals.
Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
